During her tenure as the Director of the Employment Program at United Cerebral Palsy, she tripled the number of students and support staff in UCP\u2019s Summer Work Experience which provides high school seniors with disabilities with their first work experience. In collaboration with the St. Joseph School District, Mosaic Life Care, Progressive Community Services and Vocational Rehabilitation she was instrumental in developing an internship program for high school seniors called All Students Achieve. In addition to fostering growth for the students in her program, she invests in her employees, helping them find their passion and grow in their careers.
