During that time Matt used his talents to serve many roles over the years while he worked the night shift.\u00a0In 2015, Matt\u2019s shift changed and so did his perspective.<\/p>\n<p>He noticed a lot of his work wasn\u2019t having the outcomes he hoped for and weren\u2019t meeting the needs of the people in his district.<\/p>\n<p>He changed his approach using his time to build relationships and learn about the gaps, barriers and then helping to create systems address the barriers and to help protect some of SJ most vulnerable citizens.
