The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds and subsidizes The Maples and Keystone Place and provides each tenant with income-based rent.
The apartments have the following accommodations:
- Single bedroom units
- Central Air
- Appliances
- Universal Design (accessible)
- Phone and cable hook-up
- On-site laundry facilities
- Secure entry
- Community room with computer and internet
- Patio
- Monthly rent includes utilities (water, electric, trash)
